NanoLyzer N10 powered by electric-hydraulic system and equipped with fixed geometry diamond interaction chamber technology maximizes the energy-per-unit fluid volume, high shear levels typically enhance process efficiency by requiring fewer passes, resulting in uniform particle and droplet sizes. It reduces noise and a lot of power consumption caused by no compressed air requirements, oil temperature and drive pressure of hydraulic system can be monitored on the panel. NanoLyzer N10 is capable of processing a wide variety of fluids such as simple oil-in-water emulsions, solid–in-solvent dispersions and cell disruptions including the most difficult yeasts and algae cellsin 1-2 passes. Continuous operation at a pressure up to 30,000 psi, it is a wonderful model of high-pressure homogenizers to cover the purpose of laboratory to pilot production.
